Synopsis
The integrated bogie monitoring system is comprised of intelligent data collection equipment, temperature vibration composite sensor, A/D intelligent transmitter and analysis host. Through composite sensors of temperature and vibration acceleration installed at each shaft end, the system will monitor the bearing temperature and vertical acceleration of wheel during operation and perceive the working states of the wheel tread and bearing at any time, providing important monitoring means and data analysis for safe train operation. At present, the integrated bogie monitoring system has been successfully installed on the train, passed 600000 km pilot run assessment and has been recognized by CRRC Tangshan Company and Taiyuan Railway Administration. Hopefully, it will become the standard train mounted system for CRH3A.
Features

Industrial multi-function data collection equipment SN6510: it provides multi-channel and multi-business data access functions as well as sensor data filtering processing, data conversion and data pre-analysis functions and can realize real-time diagnosis of train operation faults by combining intelligent analysis and processing of the analysis host to monitor and conduct early warning of the train operation status. 

High performance intelligent transmitter: it provides up to 3-way analog signal access and 16-bit high speed AD and provides one way digital bus interface. It provides sensor self-recognition and self diagnosis functions.

Temperature and vibration acceleration complex sensor: it adopts PT100 temperature and electric charge type high precision vibration and acceleration sensors integrated in one sensor, which can be working at a high temperature environment of 200℃.
