On the morning of December 24, 2018, a construction site at the intersection of Chongwen Road and Shenglian Road at Qingshan Lake Sci & Tech City, Lin’an District of Hangzhou witnessed a bustling and joyful scene different from past. Zhejiang UniTTEC Qingshan Lake Headquarters Park, developed by Hangzhou Wangxin Zhilin Technology Development Co., Ltd., supervised by Zhejiang Engineering Construction Management Co., Ltd. and constructed by Zhejiang Yuzhong Construction Group Co., Ltd. was holding its grand foundation-laying ceremony on this day.

UniTTEC Qingshan Lake Park occupies an area of 117mu, and is positioned at promoting integrated development of UniTTEC-related industries, building an intelligent rail transit and energy-saving & environmental-protecting industry development base, and creating an industrial chain cluster and business integration center of national influence and leading industry development direction, as well as making it a national innovative industry development platform for UniTTEC technology development and achievement transformation.

With passionate music, whistling excavators and blooming fireworks, the guests together shoveled for laying foundation for UniTTEC Qingshan Lake Headquarters Park, which signified that the companies would work together to build the beautiful park.

Qingshan Lake Sci & Tech City

Qingshan Lake Sci & Tech City, near the Qingshan Lake in Lin’an District, is 10-minute drive to Hangzhou West-ring Highway, 30-minute drive to the West Lake and 50-minute drive to Xiaoshan International Airport. 02 Provincial Highway, G56 Hangzhou-Huangshan Highway, Keji Avenue extended from West Wenyi Road, and Hangzhou Metro Line 5 (Hangzhou-Lin’an Urban Rail Transit) under construction will help the Park realize seamless connection to Hangzhou.

Qingshan Lake Sci & Tech City has owned over 120 sized enterprises (namely the industry enterprise with annual revenue over 20 million), among which over 50% are high-tech enterprises. In 2017, the sales output of sized enterprises has reached 33.29 billion Yuan.
